She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Florida Atlantic University, which has provided her with a strong foundation in the field of nursing. Dedicated to furthering her knowledge she currently attends Ohio University’s Family Nurse Practitioner program. Throughout her career, Kaitlyn has demonstrated her expertise and dedication to patient care. One of Kaitlyn's notable experiences includes serving as a charge nurse in a Level 1 trauma center. This role requires exceptional leadership skills and the ability to make critical decisions quickly in high-pressure situations. Kaitlyn's experience in a trauma center has honed her skills in handling emergencies and providing urgent medical care to patients. Additionally, Kaitlyn has also worked as a Director of Nursing within a behavioral health setting, where she has served as a mental health advocate.
